Since 2018, major sponsor TM Insight has proudly supported the young developing InForm Racing team, with the realisation that there’s no real pathway for young athletes.
TM Insight was founded in 2010 by Travis Erridge and Milan Andjelkovic to provide independent consultancy services to clients undertaking warehouse transformation projects.
“Travis and I have a background in construction and property development in industrial warehouse developments. We both lost our jobs and we found ourselves with a whole bunch of skills and nothing to do,” Chief Operating Officer Milan Andjelkovic said.

Six years after its establishment, TM Insight has a team of over sixty people across four offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Singapore. The business has three divisions that work together, a project division, Supply Chain team, and Property team.
In 2019, TM Insight won the medium and making waves award at the Telstra Business Awards. The award recognises Australia’s most innovative and entrepreneurial businesses.
“It was a really good validation of our hard work and ideas, Andjelkovic said.
TM Insight is a proud major sponsor of InForm Racing. They were drawn to the idea of sponsoring a young under 19’s team when approached by founder Cameron McKimm.
“Cycling in Australia relies on companies to prop up young athletes to get to World Tour level, there’s no real pathway for them. We liked how Cameron was focusing on young developing athletes and we wanted to get behind it,” Andjelkovic said.

TM Insight has spent time with the team and they are happy with where the whole team is at, from the administration to the riders, they’ve enjoyed watching the team develop.
“I’ve trained with some of these guys when they were juniors and I’ve seen some of these guys go from junior C grade to elite A grade in a space of a couple of years, it’s been fantastic to watch these guys develop,” Andjelkovic said.
