Grafton to Inverell - NRS Road Race

National Road Series (NRS)

The Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic is Australia’s toughest one day cycling race and is an iconic event in the AusCycling National Road Series calendar. At 228km with 3382m of climbing, including the formidable 17km climb of the Gibraltar Range, it takes riders through the beautiful Clarence Valley and New England Highlands of northern NSW. It has been long regarded as one of the most prestigious races in the country and past winners and participants boasts many riders who have Olympic Games and Tour de France success.

The Men’s NRS race is open to NRS Registered Teams, Wildcard Teams (maximum of two chosen by the event organiser), International Teams (maximum of three), Individual Riders with a NSW Grading of A1-3, QLD Grading of Elite A, or the equivalent grading in other states.

Teams for the Men’s NRS event must consist of a minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 riders. The best 3 cumulative times that are recorded will determine the team’s category prize.
