THE ORIGINS.
The team started with my group of mates basically racing local crits and some VRS races.
We added a junior ‘Tom Jones’ who became an U17 national champion. We really enjoyed seeing him progress in our environment and subsequently gained a passion for developing young riders. We started racing some NRS races and then eventually became a full blown NRS team which almost won the series in 2019.

Mission
Our mission is to provide the ultimate cycling environment, to help facilitate young riders on a path to success and to allow our athletes the best chance at securing an opportunity on the Pro Tour. We are committed to developing a team that has outstanding performance in National Road Series events and will give our riders the experience in racing they need to progress.
We as a team, believe that when riders are given the right support, through knowledge, encouragement, good team values and race day organization, that they have the best chance at winning.
Goals
Our goals are to not only provide employment opportunities to our young and developing riders but also to win australia’s biggest cycling events.
